Ausroad’s years of experience and expertise in hiring ensure a productive, seamless and trouble-free end-to-end solution.
AUSROAD™ is an Australian-owned company producing innovative, efficient, high quality stemming and support vehicles to the world. With more than 25 years’ experience in designing, manufacturing and distributing specialist mining plant machines, AUSROAD™ is the number one choice for coal and iron ore mines.
Our company specialises in Stemming Trucks and Drills Support Trucks, as well as Contour Loaders – remote tracked vehicles that are the first of their kind in the world. Offering hire and contract options with experienced operators, we are flexible and reliable.
Based in Brisbane, QLD, with representation in Perth, WA, our company services the private and public sectors, with valued clients ranging from private contractors to major mining and resources companies. Our longstanding industry relationships mean we can deliver custom, purpose-built, high-quality vehicles in a timely manner – helping you go from commission to operations as soon as possible.
AUSROAD STEMMING TRUCKS® are the vehicle of choice for mines across Australia, proven to dramatically reduce misfires. Our commitment to innovation and reliability means every stemming vehicle is optimised for accuracy, efficiency and safety.
With a massive 26t capacity, these vehicles can deliver their payload in 15 minutes – increasing efficiency while reducing movement and backtracking on the shot. Hydraulic pumps, taillights, side conveyors, hoppers and water tanks extend the benefits of this innovative vehicle.
Our Stemming Trucks lead the way in stemming operations across the world, delivering accuracy, reliability and safety.
These vehicles are the first of their kind in the world.
A purpose-built, radio-controlled, track-based vehicle to support safer, more accurate and efficient stemming on rugged, previously unreachable terrain. The ideal accompaniment to any AUSROAD™ Stemming Fleet, these vehicles offer a lower centre of gravity with a 1.5t capacity enabling them to deliver stemming to difficult-to-access terrain.
Able to reach angles of up to 20°, this vehicle provides the same efficiency, safety and accuracy of a larger AUSROAD STEMMING TRUCKS® while keeping your staff safe, making production rates more predictable and increasing job satisfaction.
When you’re on the mine, productivity is paramount. That’s why we extend the innovative efficiency of our Stemming Vehicles to our Drills Support and Service Trucks. These specially built vehicles are designed to support open cut drilling operations and unmatched productivity, with a huge 15,000l water and 4,000l diesel capacity that means the drill won’t need to be shut down more than once per shift.
At AUSROAD™, we know every mining site is different – from its terrain and technology to its ground staff and schedules. That’s why we offer a three-month trial of our Contour Loaders, Stemming Trucks and Support Vehicles so you can feel the immediate increase in efficiency, accuracy and safety. We then work with our clients to commission tailored vehicles that meet their specific site requirements.
In February 2020, we commissioned two new Contour Loaders with custom lighting to ensure our clients could continue to work safely and productively throughout the night. This is just one of the ways we work with our valued national and international clients to deliver the vehicles they need for maximum performance. Every AUSROAD™ machine is developed to the highest standard, with comprehensive handover and ongoing development and maintenance to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
AUSROAD™ is experienced in contracting and hiring across the world, from domestic operations in WA to large-scale drill and blast locations in South Africa. We offer wet/dry hiring options and technical support, maintenance and experienced operators to ensure you are informed and equipped to get the most out of your AUSROAD™ machine.
Our expert team continually innovates and develop products in Australia, from where we lead the way globally.
