White Co-Extruded HDPE Pipe for Exposed Mining Pipelines
Open-pit mine pipelines are subjected to solar heating during the day and cooling at night. These temperature cycles cause the pipelines to expand, contract and shift, transferring this movement to elbows, supports, anchor points, flanges, and pump/valve connections. Puhui Industry’s white co-extruded HDPE pipes reduce solar heat input through a synchronously formed white outer layer, while retaining the pressure-bearing capacity of the black PE100 pipe wall.

Lower solar heat absorption helps control pipe wall and fluid temperatures, reducing pressure derating caused by high temperatures and pipeline displacement resulting from thermal expansion and contraction. This structure is suitable for drainage, process water, return water, and dust suppression pipelines laid on open-pit mine benches, ramps, surface corridors, and temporary work areas.
Puhui’s white double-layer co-extruded HDPE pipes and fittings have been exported to Australia, the Philippines, Panama, Costa Rica, Chile, Brazil, and other regions, and we have extensive production and project experience.
