AKA-SCREEN fine wet classification screens are used to produce fractions with sharp cut sizes.
Principle of Operation
Two unbalanced motors with up to 2 g acceleration generate a composite-vibration of linear motion of the screen frames and additionally mesh vibration. The AKA-SCREEN consists of individual screen decks, screen layers made of high-resistant polyurethane, coated screen frame as well as a water spraying system for optimum screening efficiency.
