HDPE Customised Turnery Fittings for High-Pressure Mining Pipes
In high-pressure mining pipeline systems, pump station outlets, slope transitions, equipment connections, and wall penetrations often face complex spatial constraints and high-pressure challenges when standard injection-moulded parts struggle to meet requirements for ultra-thick walls or non-standard specifications. Puhui uses solid and thick-walled hollow homogeneous PE100/PE100-RC rods to create custom-machined HDPE pipe fittings through precision machining. Homogeneous billet cutting significantly reduces the number of welding nodes and stress concentrations while at the same time allowing precise control over wall thickness, transition lengths, and interfaces, ensuring the fitting’s pressure rating is fully consistent with the entire pipeline.
For non-standard joints in mining applications, Puhui tailors solutions based on project drawings: machining 45°/90° or custom-angle elbows to navigate turns and obstacles; turning concentric/eccentric reducers for smooth diameter transitions; customising flange joints to connect pumps and valves according to equipment standards; and providing turned watertight flanges embedded in concrete walls for Anti-seepage fixation. The product line also includes special components such as reducing tees and end caps, completely eliminating the need for on-site cutting and piecing together.
As long as the drawings and operating conditions are provided by the mining EPC, Puhui Industry can convert them into production drawings and complete the entire manufacturing process. Leveraging its experience in delivering ultra-large-diameter high-pressure pipe fittings—such as PN20/SDR9 and DN315 SDR7.4 PN25, OD1600—for a Chilean copper mine, Puhui supports both single-piece orders and complete delivery packages that include pipe stock, back rings, and welding equipment. Through drawing verification, third-party inspection, marking, and export packaging, Puhui ensures that the pipe fittings can fit precisely upon arrival at the site.
