Lionel Mesnage, agronomy consultant, recommends to farmers the use of XBEE in their off-road gasoil.
Jean-Paul le Rall, from the EARL of Kerbellec in Brittany, was able to see a net gain in terms of engine power and measured a drop in consumption within a range of -8 to -10%.

After just six months of treatment, there was a noticeable difference.

The fuel consumption of the John Deere 7700 improved significantly. The farming tractor fell from 26 liters an hour to less than 24 liters an hour. Therefore, a diesel consumption reduction of more than 8%. This represents a saving of about 1,500 liters of diesel fuel every year. The cost of five liters of the XBEE particulate filter cleaner was only €189.00 for the same period.

The engine power has been significantly improved: towing a ton of liquid manure – identical loads, same slope – can be done easily at a lower gear ratio.

Livestock farms must develop and apply new methods and technologies to reduce their environmental footprint.

Jean-Paul le Rall is committed to this endeavor. He makes a modest, but very active contribution by choosing to improve their fuel with XBEE Enzyme Fuel Technology.

CO2 is one of the main greenhouse gases. Emissions have been reduced by five tons per year at EARL de Kerbellec, thanks to Jean-Paul le Rall’s initiative.

The graph below clearly outlines the reduction of fuel consumption the company experienced. Over just six months, they saw a reduction of more than 8%. They’ve been using XBEE for farming machinery ever since.
