Icom America, a leading communications solutions provider, is attending APCO 2016, the annual conference and expo organized by the Association of Public Safety communications Officials (APCO International).
The event will be hosted at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, from 14-17 August. Icom is presenting the highly anticipated EMCOMM-1, the next solution in mobile interoperability. An emergency communications vehicle, EMCOMM-1 is fully equipped with state-of-the-art Icom communication equipment. Stop by Booth 843 during the exhibit hall hours to schedule a tour.
Icom will also be showcasing its updated P25 products, including the F9011 series handheld and F9511 series mobile radios. Both radios now available with conventional only systems, and are certified by the Department of Homeland Security’s Compliance Assessment Program, which validates P25 radio interoperability from other complaint manufacturers. Additionally, Icom will showcase the next generation of IDAS™ Digital, IP radio equipment and mobile kit systems.
