BHP had major inefficiencies with their site accommodation and canteen management across mine sites Escondida and Spence. Each camp across their sites is managed by different vendors, leaving room occupancy unoptimised, and catering/supplies inaccurate. Fly2Work met the requirement for agile accommodation management “out-of-the-box” with IONYX custom developing the canteen management functionality. Cleaning teams will also have a module to efficiently manage daily ‘census reports’ on room occupancy and maintenance requests Solution will be developed/delivered in approx. 120 days.
