Featured Developments at Kinane Engineering

Kinane Engineering recently developed the process and detail design of a Modular Gold Plant facility running at a rate of 26 dry tons per hour.

The process equipment items were sized, selected and strategically designed to fit inside a series of custom made stacked modules. Preinstalled items allowed for easy shipping, relocation and setup in field with little down time.

Major components, such as the ball mill, thickener and process water tank were located outside the plant modules. The structural design allowed for easy access between modules. The design included mechanical, piping and electrical components with simple disconnects. Space considerations, air conditioning, and security measures were also included to meet the Owner's requirements.
