Midwest Valves & Controls recently supplied three Doseuro mechanical diaphragm dosing pumps to Warrumbungle Shire council for dosing chemicals into a water treatment plant.

These dosing pumps are suitable for use when:

  • The dosed liquid contains small amounts of suspended solids
  • The dosed liquid contains a toxic solution
  • A drip proof / air tight application is required

Pumping heads are available in 316SS, PVC and polypropylene, and a wide range of other materials such as Hastelloy, alloy, PTFE and PVDF are constructed according to the liquid being dosed.

The maximum liquid temperatures handled are 60°C for 316SS and 40°C for PVC pump heads.

Jacketed pump heads for heating and cooling are available to suit requirements.

Motors
As motors conform to UNEL-MEC specifications, there are many alternatives available, including voltages, insulation class and special explosion-proof versions.
