Canada-based Silver One Resources has mobilised two additional drill rigs to its wholly owned Candelaria project located in Nevada, US.
The additional rigs are intended to increase drilling capacity and support its ongoing exploration at the site.

A reverse circulation (RC) drill rig provided by Major Drilling America is scheduled to arrive at Candelaria during the first week of November.
Evolve Exploration Nevada is also mobilising a hybrid rig capable of both reverse circulation and core drilling methods.
Drilling with both rigs is expected to begin as soon as they are on site.
The company’s current phase of exploration is supported by the expansion of its property holdings, which grew by 3,128ha (7,730 acres) to a total of 11,374ha (28,106 acres) as of October 2026.
The property now covers more than 15km along key geological structures, including the Lower Candelaria Shear and Pickhandle Gulch Thrust systems.
These areas contain most of the project’s silver mineralisation and historic workings, with mineral resources located near two historical open pits.
Silver One president and CEO Greg Crowe said: “The mobilisation of these two rigs substantially enhances our ability to advance multiple objectives simultaneously at Candelaria.
“The flexibility provided by the hybrid RC/core rig allows us to efficiently follow up on deeper mineralised zones while continuing resource expansion and condemnation drilling.
“Combined with the strong results reported earlier this year, we believe Candelaria offers significant potential for continued resource growth and further demonstrates the scale of the mineralising system.”
Silver One’s ongoing drill programme plans to complete between 20,000 and 25,000m of drilling.
The campaign will aim to expand known mineral resources through step-out and down-dip drilling, while also testing high-priority targets identified from recent geological, geophysical, and geochemical work.
It will additionally include condemnation drilling to support potential future infrastructure planning and project development studies.
Recent results indicated an extension of mineralisation approximately 400m down-dip from the existing open-pit resource.
Alongside exploration activities, Silver One is progressing engineering and technical work in preparation for a planned pre-feasibility study (PFS) for Candelaria.
In December last year, the company advanced high-grade silver exploration in Arizona using detailed drone-borne magnetometry and ground-penetrating radar (GPR) surveys at its wholly owned Phoenix Silver project.
