The North Island Copper Project comprises a group of mineral claims covering approximately 1,168ha.

Once the transaction is finalised and regulatory approvals are received, Questcorp will own 100% of the project.

In connection with the acquisition, the vendor will receive a 3% net smelter returns royalty (NSR) on any commercial production from the property.

Questcorp has the right to acquire the first 1% of this royalty for C$750,000 and the remaining 2% for an additional C$1m.

The issued shares will be subject to resale restrictions for four months and one day, in line with applicable securities regulations.

Questcorp Mining is a company focused on the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in North America, aiming to locate and develop precious and base metal assets.

Along with the North Island Copper Project, the company also has an option to acquire the La Union Project in Sonora, Mexico, which covers 2,520.2ha and is subject to a royalty obligation.

In April, Questcorp and Riverside Resources commenced the Phase 2 exploration programme at the La Union Project.

This step follows the conclusion of a 12-hole Phase 1 drilling campaign, reported in January 2026, which identified significant results at the Union Mine and Luis Hill sites.
