Circular Motion Screening Machine

Unlike conventional circular motion screening machines, the Delta 2 operates with a G-force in excess of six. This enables the machines in this series to work very efficiently and with maximum flexibility.

The two eccentric shafts are controlled in parallel by frequency converter to ensure that they are synchronised, this also enables the machine to be adjusted to differing duties and product parameters.

Compared with conventional screening machines, the Delta 2 offers:

  • Up to 40% smaller screen area
  • Up to 40% more capacity with the same screen area
