Comfortable housing for mine site workers
All buildings come fully equipped with HVAC systems, ensuite facilities offering a safe and comfortable living environment for the people working in remote and harsh environments.
Safe and secure accommodation buildings
MML’s accommodation solutions meet Australian building code regulations to class 3 standards (accommodation buildings). Buildings are also designed and built to meet Australian Cyclone Structural Standard (AS1170.2- 2002), Region D, Category 1 – the highest cyclone category – and region C.
All electricals (wiring and materials) meet current BCA 2012 and AS 3000 Wiring rules and regulations, with telecoms cabling certified at CAT 6. Lifting points are available for all accommodation buildings and fork lift pockets to be incorporated into building designs.
Miners can keep warm in cold conditions thanks to R13 insulation for all ceilings, exterior walls, interior walls and floors.
Modular accommodation for large mining camps
The new Perth office will concentrate on land camps for the many mining and LNG projects located in Western Australia and elsewhere.
MML’s large land camps are large enough to accommodate in excess of 2,000 personnel, ensuring the company has the resources to meet the demands of huge mining projects.
Design, manufacture and installation of land camps for mine sites
MML operates from two main factories, MML UK and MML Suzhou, which offer our clients modern manufacturing facilities in strategic locations. Our international headquarters, MML UK, is located near to Glasgow, Scotland.
Due to the continued expansion of our product range over the years and the increased demand, MML UK moved into these large, modern premises in 2006, having them fitted to the highest standard to facilitate the build of all its products.
Both manufacturing facilities are accredited to ISO 9001:2008 and operate under strict quality management systems.
