idlers

Flexco has recently announced the addition of Rockline® conveyor idlers to its wide range of products designed to maximise belt conveyor productivity. The troughing idlers are made of lightweight, durable composite HDPE materials.

The idlers are available in 20°, 35° and 45° troughing angles, and feature conveyor equipment manufacturers association (CEMA) C 5in diameter Rockline rollers. The rollers provide the same CEMA ratings as steel rollers, but with no loss of functional performance, a longer service life and superior wear.

Rockline Rollers are designed to overcome common issues with belt conveyor rollers; they are durable enough to tackle a variety of environments, feature lightweight construction, and require less energy and emit less noise than steel counterparts. Not only is the material durable enough to resist abrasion and friction on the surface of the roller, the field-proven seal design offers unmatched corrosion resistance and bearing protection on the inside of the roller.

Rockline Idlers ship from stock for belt widths up to 48in and are ideal for use in the aggregate industry where efficiency and cost containment are crucial.
