The model HS HYDROSORT uses a fluidised bed that classifies by particle size or removes lighter, deleterious materials like lignite and coal from sand. The controlled addition of upward current water allows for easy adjustment to meet customer specifications. The cut size and/or density can be varied over a broad range.
