Künz Erects New Barge Crane at New RegioPortWeser Terminal in Minden

Künz has erected a new barge crane at the new RegioPort Weser terminal in Minden, Germany.

The company Mindener Hafen established the first phase of construction of the RegioPort Weser, a new container terminal in Minden, Germany.

The terminal, finally operated as a trimodal container terminal, was equipped with a Künz Barge Crane. The container crane, with a capacity of 45t and an impressive 125m-long main girder, will significantly support the efficient container handling from rail to river.

Upon completion of the commissioning, the crane will be handed over to the customer by end of March 2019.
