Roymec Technologies Welcomes Tamela

The board and staff at Roymec Technologies welcomes Tamela, who are the new shareholders at Roymec Technologies.

Tamela, founded in 2008 by Vusi Mahlangu and Sydney Mhlarhi, has acquired an approximately 15% stake in Roymec Technologies. Tamela has a string of shareholdings in a number of companies, including mine machinery chain supplier, Cincinnati Mining Machinery as well as a shareholding in cement producer PPC and the insurance broker AON.

Tamela will have a seat on the board of Roymec Technologies, and participate at a management level. We trust that the new relationship with Tamela will benefit all and that the company will derive much value from the change.
