Rotary drilling technology for mining and tunnelling

Percussive rotary drilling for road drivage / tunnelling with drill jumbos and rockbolting technology demands high-quality tools.

All threaded and tapered connections are adapted in an optimum manner to your drilling machine and the special drilling method. The connection of the tool components has proved effective for decades. Our forged shanks and the upset drill bits are of particularly high quality. The finish and dimensions are currently valid, but not binding in the course of further technical development.

Load-bearing tools for compressed-air hammer drills

WK offers a range of push-fit tools for compressed-air hammer drills, including all types of anchor bolts (steel rockbolts, Dywidag bolts, Bongossi dowels, fibre-bolts, hexagon nuts, suspension rings, Sinus bolts, instrumented bolts, steel anchors, load-bearing bolts, Ibo bolts, Wiborex bolts and Gewi bolts).

The fittings for all hammer types can be supplied in any length as required by the client.

Load-bearing rockbolt and dowel drivers

WK provides the following range of rockbolt and dowel drivers:

• Load-bearing rockbolt drivers with female taper – tension rings M27-thread-steel rockbolts
• Bongossi dowel drivers with shanks for anchor diameters (25/30/34)
• Rockbolt driver with hand guard (recommended by the industrial professional association)
