Of the top leading companies in the mining industry, Cummins had the greatest increase in references for environmental sustainability in Q3 2023, compared with the previous quarter. GlobalData identified 423 environmental sustainability-related sentences in the company's filings - 14% of all sentences - and a decrease of 20% in Q3 2023 compared with Q3 2022. Eaton Corporation’s mentions of environmental sustainability rose by 211% to 140 and Parker Hannifin’s by 57% to 30 and CNH Industrial’s by 550% to 13.
