Following a recent restructure of their operations in Australia, Titan Australia are pleased to inform their customers of some changes to certain aspects of the business focused on aligning the core strengths to meet the changing needs of their customers across Australia.
Titan Australia have transferred all operations in NSW to their Muswellbrook facility in the Hunter Valley, where their OTR wheel & tyre management services provide support to a wide range of customers in the valley. This move is designed to bring them closer to their customers, reduce turnaround times, and to streamline the supply chain and logistics.
In the Northwest & Goldfields Regions of WA, as of 28 June, Titan Australia will no longer maintain a physical presence in Kalgoorlie, Karratha or Port Hedland. Doors where closed at these branches with a heavy heart, however these locations over the past two years, have evolved as mainly retail outlets which is not core business for Titan Australia. Titan would like to reinforce to their customers in the Northwest & Goldfields that they remain heavily invested in servicing these areas with a dedicated customer management team, supported by a state-of-the-art warehousing and logistics distribution hub in Perth and a nominated third-party tyre fitting provider.
ITM Mining Pty Ltd (ITM Mining) has been established as a separate legal entity to fully exploit the growth opportunities in the Australian market for ITM undercarriage products and services. From a day to day perspective, it will be business as usual, with current services continuing to be provided from existing Titan Australia facilities.
These changes strengthen Titan Australia’s core business, allowing them to focus on their main manufacturing and service hubs in Mildura, Brisbane, Emerald, Newcastle and Perth. As a proudly Australia company, producing Australian products for Australian conditions using Australian steel, Titan Australia look forward to continuing to provide their customers with the products and services they need to support their business for many years to come.
