Miner Elastomer Products Corporation (MEPC) will be showcasing our energy absorbing mining products during the 2019 SME Annual Conference & Expo from 24-27 February in Denver, Colorado.
Our unique TecsPak® products will be on display in booth #1842 and we will be featuring our mining suspensions, shovel components for mining shovels and wheel chocks for various vehicles used in the mining industry. MEPC will also be unveiling a new product line for mining conveyor applications called EU-ROLLERS™.
EU-ROLLERS™ conveyor idler rollers are more cost-effective, durable, and energy efficient than traditional conveyor belt rollers. Their superior performance means reduced downtime due to failure and cost savings over the life of the conveyor. EU-ROLLERS™ use quality bearings chosen to meet the requirements of any loading or transporting application. In order to protect and provide longevity for the bearings, EU-ROLLER™ use a proven patented bearing cap and seal design which contains special seals.
EU-ROLLERS™ can be purchased in three different models (standard, impact and picking idler). Each of these different models has unique properties that will help optimize your conveyor application. Our TecsPak® rear suspensions have been installed on numerous mining trucks since the 1990’s and are helping mines become more efficient by reducing maintenance time and costs. Our suspensions use our proprietary TecsPak® material and don’t require any gas or oil to maintain the suspension. These suspensions have also been successful specifically on water trucks for a lot of mines.
MEPC is also excited to announce that we will be offering a 10% discount on our virtually indestructible wheel chocks to any customer ordering wheel chocks during the show. Our chocks were specially designed for haul and services trucks used in the mining industry. This promotion gives customers the opportunity to test our wheel chocks on their fleet of trucks. Which will allow you to see our wheel chocks durability and dependability in action.
