Marston is pleased to announce that Dale Halley has been promoted to vice president – engineering services for Marston’s Denver office.

Halley joined Marston in 1998 as a project manager. He offers 23 years of mining experience in due diligence evaluations, surface coal mine design and planning, coal blasting, equipment utilization, reserve modeling and evaluation, cost analysis, long and short-term scheduling, project management, mine construction and land reclamation.

Halley is a registered professional engineer (P.E.) in Missouri and has a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He is a member of the society of mining engineers of AIME and director of the Denver coal club.
