Leading comminution solutions provider, HAZEMAG, has received an order from Sauerland-based Spenner GmbH & Co. KG for the delivery and installation of a new screening and crushing plant, which replaces older mobile equipment that has been used to produce raw materials for their lime kilns.
In the primary stage, the new plant comprises a hopper, push feeder, drum screen and jaw crusher. In the secondary stage, a roll crusher feeds a stockpile with underfloor tunnel discharge. With a capacity of 700tph, the main focus of the plant is on processing limestone granulations for the production of burnt lime.
In addition to supplying the equipment, HAZEMAG‘s scope of works includes the engineering, all steel fabrication, belt conveyors, the plant‘s electrical and control system, as well as erection and commissioning. The plant will begin production in Q3 of 2019.
