Wildsky described the arm’s-length transaction as a strategic step in expanding its African mineral portfolio.

The NewRidge Gold Project lies within the Odzi-Mutare-Manica greenstone belt, a geological area noted for its gold potential.

The main mining claim covers 150 hectares (ha), with a valid mining permit and environmental impact assessment already granted.

According to Wildsky, the project’s main mineralised zone extends more than 1,100m along strike.

Gold mineralisation is hosted both within a diorite porphyry intrusion and at its contact with serpentinite, with indications of both low-to-medium-grade and higher-grade gold zones.

The site is located around 6.5km from the Red Wing Gold Mine and around 10km by road from Mutare.

Infrastructure at the location reportedly includes grid electricity, municipal water, road and rail access, and accommodation for up to 30 personnel. Supplies and workforce are available locally in Mutare.

In August 2026, Golden Cube Mining acquired full interest in the NewRidge Gold Project and secured exclusive exploration rights over three adjoining claims covering roughly 300ha.

Wildsky’s deal will transfer these rights, along with the option to acquire the adjacent claims, while also involving a series of cash payments and share issuances.

If the acquisition goes ahead, Wildsky will initially pay Golden Cube $100,000 (C$142,454), followed by staged payments amounting to $2.9m and 11 million Wildsky common shares, contingent on the transfer of claim titles and other agreed conditions.

Completion remains subject to due diligence, signing of the definitive agreement and approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
