HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
The Activait Plant Automation System provides an on-screen visual representation of your Plant HMI, showing all the current plant status, critical flows and instrument readings. This gives users a quick and efficient way to overview the plants performance, at any given point in time.
PRE-SET FOR EASY OPERATION
The system is pre-set at time of commissioning to perform at optimum efficiency, so any deviation from the preset parameters initiates a warning alarm, providing a notification to the assigned user/operators to take action.
Adjustments can then be made online to bring the system back to optimum efficiency or to check potential component faults or consumable chemical levels. Future program changes and updates can also be made remotely.
