Completion of the transaction remains subject to customary conditions precedent.

The White Dam project is operated by Broken Hill Gold, an Australian-listed company formerly known as PacGold.

First gold from the recommissioned heap leach operation was produced in April 2026.

Broken Hill Gold is currently treating material from the historical heap leach pad and plans to restart mining using fresh ore in 2027.

The operator is targeting annual gold production of between 15,000oz and 20,000oz.

White Dam previously produced approximately 180,000oz of gold from 2010 to 2018 by processing 7.5 million tonnes (mt) of ore at a grade of 0.94 grams per tonne (g/t).

The previous production was sourced from two pits known as Hannaford and Vertigo, while the White Dam North resource has not yet been mined.

In July 2026, Broken Hill Gold announced a A$13m financing round to support the production ramp-up, an expansion of the operation and near-mine exploration.

The company reported a high-grade gold and copper sulphide discovery at White Dam North in July 2026, including drill intercepts of 20m at 2.5g/t gold and 0.5% copper, and 10m at 3.4g/t gold and 0.7% copper.

The royalty interest covers approximately 400km² of granted mining and exploration tenure in Curnamona Province, near Broken Hill.

Vox Royalty’s agreement entitles it to 2% NSRs from both gold and copper produced at the White Dam tenements.

The royalty is uncapped, not subject to buyback or reduction, and extends for the full duration of the tenements.

Completion of the acquisition is expected within five business days after all conditions are satisfied or waived.

Vox Royalty president and chief investment officer Spencer Cole said: “We are pleased to expand our Australian royalty portfolio with the producing White Dam gold royalty, a recently recommissioned heap leach operation in South Australia.

“White Dam previously produced approximately 180,000oz of gold from 2010–18 at extremely low cash costs of less than A$1,000/oz, and Broken Hill Gold poured first gold from the restart in April 2026.

“Beyond the producing heap leach operation, the royalty covers ~400km² of prospective tenure and also applies to copper, which was also produced in 2021.”

Last month, Vox Royalty Australia signed a binding agreement to acquire a copper and gold royalty portfolio for up to A$3.4m in cash.
