Australia’s Pulse Mining Systems has teamed up with Cloud BI and technology provider Birst to develop a new analytics solution for data visualisation and analytics.
Pulse Mining Systems delivers enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications specifically made for the mining sector.
Available to customers on any device, the Pulse Mining Analytics package provides anywhere-access to data in a flexible method from the cloud.
Pulse Mining can embed Birst into its new analytics product and offer fast integration with the company’s mining ERP application, as well as other SAP and Oracle tools.
The embedded Cloud BI platform is claimed to offer full insight into data to improve production, cut operating costs, improve decision-making and increase profitability.
Pulse Mining visualisation and analytics manager Rob Parvin said: "The traditional BI approach was not either a valid option or appropriate for an agile methodology, with respect to the creation of analytical capability for organisations.
