Geopacific Resources Limited has announced its plans to acquire Kula Gold Limited for A$9.34m ($7.07m) or A$0.028 ($0.021) per share.

Geopacific Resources Limited has announced its plans to acquire Kula Gold Limited for A$9.34m ($7.07m) or A$0.028 ($0.021) per share.

Geopacific Resources is a gold and copper exploration company, Kula Gold is involved in the exploration and evaluation of gold properties.

Both companies involved in the acquisition are based in Australia.

Coal of Africa Limited (CAL) has announced its plans to acquire 100% stake in Pan African Resources Coal Holdings Proprietary Limited (PAR Coal) from South African mineral exploration and development company, Pan African Resources PLC (PAR), for ZAR275m ($20.3m). 

"The acquisition will strengthen CAL Makhado project and its project pipeline under development."

CAL is a coal exploration, development, and mining company based in Australia, while PAR Coal is a holding company of Uitkomst Colliery Proprietary Limited (Uitkomst). Both PAR Coal and Uitkomst are based in South Africa.

The acquisition will strengthen CAL Makhado project and its project pipeline under development.

Chesser Resources Limited has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Boya Gold Pty Ltd from vendors.

Both companies are mineral exploration companies based in Australia.
