Global Advanced Metals (GAM) has completed its $400m acquisition of the tantalum processing arm of Cabot Corp, a deal first announced in August 2011. In addition, GAM also closed its Wodgina tantalum mine in the Pilbara, Australia.
Canadian-based exploration company Dalradian Resources has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters who have agreed to buy 12,500,000 common shares for gross proceeds of $25m on a bought-deal basis by way of a short form prospectus.The underwriters are led by BMO Capital Markets and Clarus Securities, and include Stifel Nicolaus Canada.
