EGA and ADNOC L&S plan to enhance their commercial ties by focusing on logistics, covering areas like transportation, fleet management and infrastructure.
The agreement includes the possibility of creating a joint venture centred on logistics assets, transportation services and integrated supply chain solutions.
ADNOC Logistics & Services CEO Abdulkareem Al Masabi said: “At ADNOC Logistics & Services, we are proud to support Emirates Global Aluminium with our world-class maritime logistics.
“This contributes to supply chain resilience and supports the UAE’s [United Arab Emirates] industrial development, while creating growth opportunities for ADNOC L&S beyond energy logistics.”
ADNOC L&S is a global maritime logistics company, operating more than 340 owned vessels and chartering an additional 600 vessels annually.
EGA transports approximately 14 million tonnes of raw materials and finished metal products globally each year, providing aluminium to more than 50 countries.
EGA CEO Abdulnasser Bin Kalban said: “With the scale of our worldwide shipping, EGA is not just a metal producer but also a global logistics company.
“Supply chain resilience is essential for our growth as a UAE industrial champion. We look forward to deepening our collaboration with ADNOC L&S to further strengthen our inbound and outbound logistics, and UAE industry.”
In February 2026, the U.S. Aluminum Company signed an agreement with EGA and Century Aluminum to explore the development of an aluminium fabrication plant.
