Here are the ten largest underground mining projects by production in North America in 2020, according to GlobalData’s mining database.

1. Rocanville Mine

The Rocanville Mine is a potash mining project in Saskatchewan, Canada. The brownfield project is owned by Nutrien and is due to operate until 2052. The mine produced an estimated 17.02Mt of ROM in 2020. It had an estimated production of 5.29 mtpa of potash in 2020.
