The industry’s overall hiring increased by 3.38% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.
Out of the mining industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 40.52% share in October 2021, recording an increase of 2.88% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Hungary’s mining industry’s IT recruitment activity in October 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Hungary’s mining industry in October 2021.
1) Database and Network Administrators and Architects recorded a share of 50% in October 2021, registering a 200% growth over the previous month.
2) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a 16.67% share, a decrease of 87.5% over the previous month.
3) Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 16.67%, registering a flat growth from September 2021.
4) Computer Support Specialists captured a share of 16.67%, flat growth over the previous month.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Hungary’s mining industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
ThyssenKrupp posted 5 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a drop of 50% over the previous month, followed by Alcoa with 1 job and a flat growth.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 66.67%, down by 33.33% from September 2021. Entry Level positions with a 33.33% share, registered a decline of 33.33% compared with the previous month.
