Leading producers of silver in Peru are Volcan Compania Minera SAA, Compania De Minas Buenaventura SAA, Glencore, Hochschild Mining, BHP and Pan American Silver. Volcan Compania Minera SAA's output was 15,000koz in 2021, up by 25% on 2020. Compania De Minas Buenaventura SAA produced 14,398koz, an increase of 21%, and output from Glencore was 14,214koz, a decrease of 4% on the previous year.
