We also provide comprehensive axel assembly and spare component services, which is designed to meet the requirements of our national original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket customers.
In addition, Titan Australia performs tyre, wheel and undercarriage sourcing, as well as in-house repair / certification services by fully qualified personnel in accordance with relevant national standards.
Wheels and tyres for the mining sector
Titan Australia offers tyres for a wide range of applications, including agricultural machinery, trucks, forklifts, and commercial and OTR vehicles.
We have more than 50 years manufacturing experience in OTR wheels and we develop custom-designed tyre wheel assemblies (TWAs) to OEMs throughout Australia.
We also provide in-store fitting, repair and maintenance services for all tyre sizes, as well as wheel alignments on light vehicles.
In addition, Titan Australia designs, develops and manufactures wheels for the agricultural, construction and mining industries.
Our in-house wheel and rim inspection, repair and certification services are performed by our fully qualified staff in accordance with AS:4457.1: 2007 and related standards in Western Australia (WA), Queensland (QLD), New South Wales (NSW) and Victoria (VIC).
Certified tyre-fitting services
Titan Australia owns and operates a large fleet of tyre-handler grab trucks.
All tyre-fitting vehicles are manned by experienced CERT 2 Qualified fitters who, in addition to regular day-to-day tyre-fitting jobs, are also inducted on a wide range of mining and construction sites.
Undercarriage tracks and solutions

Each track shop features a range of specialised machinery designed to carry out a broad range of undercarriage services. This combined with the expertise of our service teams, ensures our customers undercarriage needs are met to the highest standards.
Heavy-duty axels for wheels and tyres
Titan Australia’s axels are designed to deliver long-term performance and easy maintenance to include triple lip seals and solid bolt on dust caps.
We offer a wide range of axels, including:
- Stub axels: braked, double-sided, spider and steering variants
- Full axels: including steering types
- Self-steering suspension
Available in capacities ranging from 500kg to 40,000kg, our heavy-duty components are designed to optimise the service life of your fleet. We offer high-quality, innovative solutions that are customised according to your specifications.
On-site truck and OTR services
Titan Australia’s on-site truck and OTR services are designed for earthmoving equipment, trucks, tractors, forklifts and industrial vehicles.
We aim to minimise machinery downtime while optimising your return on investments on tyres.
Our mobile truck repair team uses state-of-the-art equipment and vehicles to provide a complete, quick and efficient tyre service on-site, ranging from supply to fitting with ongoing maintenance programmes.
In addition, Titan Australia owns and operates 14 dedicated OTR tyre-handling trucks to service mining companies, civil contractors and OEM equipment suppliers. Designed to complement our OTR tyre maintenance services, our site-based service personnel assist with client workloads, de-mobilisations and fleet commissions.
Quick change rim-fitting systems
Titan Australia’s Quick Change Rims (QCR) system aims to improve mine site productivity by minimising downtime associated with tyre maintenance and improve safety for service personnel.
Designed for wheels with diameters between 24in and 63in, the QCR System provides an increased safety crack and test interval, longer rim service life, and fewer rim-base removals / installs procedures during tyre changes.
Caterpillar offers the QCR System fitted to all six wheel positions and is available as an attachment option for both the 793F and 797F.
