EMAG Awarded at Product of the Year 2009

The coal quality analyser, Gamma Natura, won in the ‘automation/diagnosis’ category at the Product of the Year 2009 competition, organised by the monthly Plant Engineering.

The diagnosis and control system for mining machines, MAKS DBC, was ranked third during the same competition, held at the Hotel Harenda in Warsaw on 10 March 2010.

During this year’s sixth edition of the competition, several dozen solutions were competing for the award. The products were evaluated by the jury consisting of professionals in individual fields including scientists representing leading Polish technical schools, engineers and industry and technical journalists. The crucial criteria to choose the winner were innovativeness, usefulness and easy implementation.
