DMS-TDS® is a non-ionic dust suppressant, formulated with surfactants and binders for highly effective and safe dust suppression to downstream mineral recovery processes.

DMS-TDS® is applied with less than 0.5% wetting to achieve 90-98% dust suppression on loading fronts and/or high-frequency material conveying systems on continuous belt lines.

DMS-TDS® is composed of a proprietary blend of 0.25-micron nano-polymer binders that ensure the capture of particulate material.

DMS-TDS® is a high dilution and atomization copolymer and surfactant that encodes, reprograms, and restructures the particles in the H2O water, minimizing their hardness to enhance capillarity and infiltration of the substrates of the material banks, absorbing and binding the MP10-2.5.

The modification on the water and its high atomization allows it to break down and absorb fine particles of suspended dust; to restore the visible condition of the environment, reduce the risks of occupational diseases such as silicosis and reduce water consumption.

DMS-TDS® reduces water requirements by up to 90%, suppressing dust by 80-95%, reducing the risk of lung diseases such as silicosis, and increasing productivity through increased visibility.

DMS-TDS® is applied dissolved in water through cannons or sprinkler bars. The additive improves dust control and reduces water consumption, reducing costs and risks associated with dust control.
