KGHM blaster trucks have protective structures for the operator and passenger compartment, which fully meet the requirements of mining standard PN-G-59001:1992 ‘Self-Propelled Mining Machines – Rock Slide Protective Structures for Operator – Requirements
and Tests’ for dynamic load of 60 kJ.

DGood stability of trucks ensures good drive when driving straight ahead and turning in booth sides in workings with a longitudinal inclination up to 15˚ (in driving direction) and perpendicular inclination up to 8˚ (perpendicular to the driving direction).

Blaster trucks are adapted to have their operating system supplied from two alternative sources, the internal combustion engine of the truck or from 500V electric motor powered from electricity network of the mine.
