Dataram Corporation has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all the shares of US Gold Corporation (USGC) and its subsidiaries.
The deal will enable Dataram Corporation to enter the natural resources sector for the first time.

USGC owns the Copper King Project in Wyoming, Canada, and is in the advanced stage of acquiring certain mining claims relating to the Keystone Project in Wyoming.
The transaction is scheduled to close in mid-2017.

By GlobalDataThe agreement will require Auryn to issue approximately 3.3 million shares valued at approximately C$8.9m ($6.95m). Homestake shareholders will receive one Auryn share for each 17 Homestake common shares held at the realisation of the arrangement.
The deal is expected to be complete in September.
