Infini Resources has commenced its initial diamond drilling programme at the Reynolds Lake and Reitenbach Lake uranium projects in northern Saskatchewan, Canada.
The mobilisation phase is complete, with the drilling targeting high-priority areas within this largely unexplored region on the eastern margin of the Athabasca Basin.

The drilling campaign includes at least 2,500m of diamond drilling across a minimum of 12 drill-holes, focusing on multiple mineralisation vectors.
These include electromagnetic conductors, which are interpreted as graphitic or sulphide-rich horizons, and areas with magnetic lows, indicating possible alteration or structural disruption in basement rocks.
Elevated uranium geochemical anomalies from rock chip and soil sampling, as well as structural complexities such as shear zones and fault intersections, are also being targeted.
Infini CEO Rohan Bone is present on-site to oversee the launch of the programme after visiting the company’s Portland Creek Uranium Project in Newfoundland.
The sites at Reynolds and Reitenbach Lakes encompass 22 mineral claims covering a total area of 766km².
Infini Resources encountered delays with the airborne geophysical survey and phase two assay results at the Portland Creek Project.
The helicopter-based survey, which includes time-domain electromagnetics, magnetics and radiometrics, faced temporary setbacks due to adverse weather in Newfoundland.
Completion is now scheduled for May 2026, and this is not expected to affect the field operations planned for the second quarter of calendar year 2026 (CY26) or the phase three drilling in the second half of CY26.
The company has also faced slower laboratory processing times across North America, delaying the receipt of phase two assay results until May 2026.
Infini Resources does not view these delays as significant obstacles to its overall exploration plans, anticipating that all necessary data will be available in time for the phase three planning and drilling at Portland Creek.
