SRK (UK) is celebrating its continued Best Companies Accreditation and latest entry into The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For list. This is the second year the company has been accredited and has improved its listing entry to 46th.
The Best Companies accreditation survey places great emphasis on the views of employees, with the ranking being awarded based on the scores achieved from feedback on areas such as leadership, wellbeing, belonging, giving back and personal growth.
The survey results indicate that the company scored highly with respect to remuneration (87%), as well as the working environment (83%).
Reflecting on its success, managing director Iestyn Humphreys stated that: "The improved ranking in only our second year of submission directly reflects on the continued commitment and work ethic of all of our 99 employees.
"To be ranked third in the UK as offering a ‘fair deal’ to its workforce is something we are very proud of."
The Sunday Times managing editor Richard Caseby describes this year’s survey as: "The most comprehensive yet with more than 230,000 employees, 30,000 more than last year, contributing their opinions across no fewer than 70 aspects of their workplaces.
"This is now widely recognised as the UK’s definitive survey of working satisfaction."
