Compliance planning
XECUTE uses Enterprise data feeds from Fleet Management Systems and High Precision GPS to give real-time operational updates. Planners can then update schedules, assess shift progress and evaluate compliance options at longer plan horizons.
XECUTE uses guidance from longer-term planning tools and makes it available to users in both spatial and non-spatial formats, giving the best chance to comply with the long-term plan.
Optimise from pit to port
Demand Chain Optimiser (DCO) is one of XECUTE’s key modules. It optimises the material flow needed to meet customer orders all the way back to the mine for bulk commodity miners.
With an integrated supply chain, DCO removes many value chain challenges faced by bulk commodity miners, such as coal or iron ore.
