According to the MoU, SANY Heavy Equipment will deliver sets of extraction equipment for two mines and several tunnelling equipment units to DTEK by 2014.

The new equipment will be deployed to mines at Rovenkianthracite and Sverdlovanthracite, which are DTEK’s counterparties under financial aid agreement.

DTEK’s COO Yuriy Ryzhenkov said that introduction of hi-tech automated tunnelling units for its mining operations will ensure the maximum safety at high productivity.
