EVO® Slider Cradle

Martin Engineering's EVO slider cradle is similar to other products in the EVO range, but it also features track-mounted sub-assemblies. The edge support bars and centre support roller slide into position on the track, making it quicker and easier to install and maintain the cradle.

Martin Engineering’s EVO slider cradle is similar to other products in the EVO range, but it also features track-mounted sub-assemblies. The edge support bars and centre support roller slide into position on the track, making it quicker and easier to install and maintain the cradle.

The EVO slider cradle uses low-friction UHMW bars to support the belt at the outside of the load-carrying area to stabilise the belt line, eliminating sag and bounce from spill material, and reduce the risk of catching lumps that can abrade the belt surface.

The low-friction bars have a proprietary box design that allows them to be turned over, offering double the wear-life from each bar. Idlers at the middle of the cradle reduce the friction caused by carrying the loaded belt.
