Inner Mongolia Tianshou Technology & Development announced its plans to acquire 75% stake in Jilin Tianchi Molybdenum Industry for CNY1.3bn ($188.72m).

The acquiring company is a manufacturer and distributor of textile products, testing instruments, caustic soda, and other products, while the target company produces molybdenum.

Both companies involved in the transaction are based in the China.
