The Turgeon property spans an area of 138km² and comprises a total of 246 claims, while the Mistaouac property holds 404 claims in two claim blocks covering a surface area of about 208km².

Turgeon is located around 25km to the south-west of the Casa Berardi mine, while Mistaouac is located roughly 30km east of the mine.

The VTEM survey will cover an aggregate area of 2,830km² and is intended to identify new conductors that may have remained undetected during previous airborne electromagnetic surveys.

It is set to be conducted along flight lines at a spacing of 100m and is said to have significant depth penetration in terrains characterised by the presence of conductive clay-rich overburden.
