IMD Companies has acquired SG Minerals Mining, an Indian iron ore mining company.

Based in the US, the acquirer company is focused on manufacturing, extraction and distribution in mining, and asset accumulations of revenue-generating companies.

Resolute Mining has signed a binding term sheet with Arnold Kondrat to acquire 25 million shares in Loncor Resources for C$2.5m ($1.94m).

Loncor has also agreed to issue 26 million shares priced at C$0.10 ($0.007) a share to Resolute Mining for C$2.6m ($2.01m).

Resolute Mining will hold 51 million shares in Loncor, equivalent to approximately 27% share capital, following the acquisition.

The acquirer company is a gold mineral explorer based in Australia, while the target company is a Canadian gold exploration company.

Resolute Mining has engaged Arlington Group Asset Management as its adviser for the transaction.

Minbos Resources has signed an option agreement with Tana Minerals to acquire a 90% stake in MRE Mining (Mauritius) (MRE).

Minbos has agreed to pay A$0.01m ($0.0076m) as consideration for exclusivity, A$0.25m ($0.19m) for expenditure on drilling, and A$0.25m ($0.19m) for extending the exclusivity post drilling, as part of the transaction.

Minbos is an Australian exploration company engaged in the development of phosphate-bearing ore, while the target company is a mineral exploration company based in Madagascar.

Grupo Grana y Montero subsidiary GyM SA has entered a sale agreement to divest 87.59% stake in STRACON GyM for $77m.

The acquirer company is engaged in construction activities, while the target company is engaged in providing mining and earthworks services.

All the companies involved in the transaction are based in Peru.
