“MACA has vast experience in all aspects of iron ore mining operations and has essentially offered Fenix a one-stop shop for all our service requirements leading up to the transport of the ore from site to the port of Geraldton.”

Fenix noted that the terms of the contract are in line with its feasibility study, which was completed in November last year.

In July, MACA secured a contract extension at Australian gold producer Ramelius Resources’ Mount Magnet gold project in WA.

In November last year, MACA received a letter of award from FQM Australia Nickel to provide open pit mining services at the Ravensthorpe project.
