West Australian exploration company Lefroy Exploration has secured its first toll milling agreement for processing ore from the Lucky Strike Gold Project at the Greenfields Mill in Coolgardie, Australia.
Lucky Strike is the first of three resources Lefroy Exploration plans to develop, with a collective goal of one million ounces over the coming years.

The agreement was facilitated by BML Ventures and FMR Investments, the company’s mine profit-sharing partners.
The toll milling agreement between BML and FMR stipulates a one-month milling slot from 29 January 2026 to 26 February 2026, with the possibility of minor scheduling adjustments.
BML is required to confirm its intention to proceed with the February 2026 milling slot by 7 January 2026, and all metallurgical test work must be accepted by the same date.
The expected throughput for this period is between 80,000 and 90,000 dry metric tonnes (dmt).

By GlobalDataProgress on the first phase of grade control drilling at Lucky Strike is on track, with 9,200m drilled out of a planned 16,500m. The company reported promising assay results in early June.
Diamond drilling for a potential stage two development is also in progress, with the first of two drill-holes currently under way.
Lefroy Exploration is seeking additional toll milling agreements to reach a target of 250,000 ore tonnes for stage one of the Lucky Strike Project.
The company aims to schedule these additional parcels around the secured slot with FMR.
In addition to these developments, Lefroy Exploration has submitted a Native Vegetation Clearing Permit Application to the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, moving forward with the regulatory aspects of the Lucky Strike Project.
