The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 4.34% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

IT jobs claimed a 12.36% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2021, and recorded a 0.79% growth over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops ThyssenKrupp IT hiring in November 2021

Out of the total IT job titles posted by ThyssenKrupp, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 51.61% in November 2021, and a 44.83% drop over October 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 19.35% in November 2021, and registered growth of 20%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 16.13% in November 2021, a 400% rise from October 2021.

Europe drives IT hiring at ThyssenKrupp

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global mining IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 90.32% share, which marked a 20% drop over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 6.45%, registering a 33.33% month-on-month decline. North America was the third leading region with a 3.23% share and a flat growth over October 2021.

Germany commanded a leading presence in the region’s mining industry IT hiring activity with a 51.61% share in November 2021, a flat growth over October 2021. Hungary featured next with a 22.58% share, up 16.67% over the previous month. Liechtenstein recorded a 16.13% share, a decline of 28.57% compared with October 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead ThyssenKrupp IT hiring activity in November 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 80.65%, down by 10.71% from October 2021. Entry Level positions with a 12.9% share, a decline of 20% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 6.45% share, down 60% over October 2021.
