Asset Fault Detection with FitMachine

A global metals producer (zinc and lead) partners with MOVUS in Australia to monitor hundreds of process assets using FitMachine sensors to detect emerging faults and plan maintenance.

In one incident, at 2:30 am on a Sunday, a FitMachine detected changing vibration on an acid pump, causing its Condition Score to rise and placing it on the AI monitoring list; the score continued increasing through mid-December.
